  • Heavy litigation experience in product liability, machine defect litigation, profound injury cases.
  • Extensive experience handling complex product liability cases such as vehicle crashworthiness, vehicle rollover, and component failures including tire failure cases.
  • Extensive experience in workplace injury cases including claim against manufacturers of workplace machinery.
  • Extensive experience in the field of insurance litigation and in representing persons on property damage and personal injury arising from fire losses, storm losses, or disaster situations.
